Our company’s success has been largely determined by our ability to attract and retain a diverse group of individuals who are driven to excel. The diverse team we have assembled – bankers, business strategists, fintech experts, software developers, program managers, regulatory advisors, information security specialists, category thought leaders and more – has helped us build one of the most innovative companies in the financial technology world. To that end, we invest in our employees by providing them with opportunities for advancement, competitive salaries, tuition reimbursement and an exceptional benefits package. Our goal is to create a welcoming, open and inclusive environment for our over 700 employees around the globe.
We like to think that we have created an especially welcoming work environment. Our relaxed and open work spaces are the ideal settings for team members to become fully engaged with their work and collaborate with one another. This sense of inclusiveness is nourished by our social enterprise network, Yammer, a Microsoft application that allows our team members to connect online, share information across teams and organize around projects so they can go further – faster. Our work teams are noted for their high degree of social interaction, participating in impromptu pop-up potluck lunches to (loosely speaking) competitive sports leagues to shared volunteer interests and more. Life at The Bancorp offers a true sense of community, both on-campus and virtually.
Career Development Training is an 18-month salaried program that prepares recent college graduates for careers in financial services. To help Career Development Trainees (CDTs) achieve a full understanding of our organization and its service solutions, the program consists of several rotations throughout our key business units. Upon completion of the program, CDTs will have gained exposure and valuable hands-on experience in our diverse business areas, making them ideal candidates for full-time positions within our company. A new CDT rotation typically begins each autumn; for more information about joining our CDT program, please contact CDT@thebancorp.com
