• Clayton Poppenga, Product Development Intern:
I assisted in automating a Quality Assurance report and worked through some issues with it. After it was complete, I felt appreciated by the team and like I made a real impact.

• Evan Myran, Modern Workforce Tech Engineer Intern:
I was able to help in the deployment of Duo MFA company wide and participate in the transition from Windows 10 to 11.

• JP Ohl, Bridge Lending Intern:
I've attended multiple CRE conferences and learned from great minds in and out of the office.

• Maitri Dadhaniya - Small Business Lending Intern:
My work has supported the team by helping keep things organized and moving efficiently. I've assisted with annual reviews, reached out to clients for updated financials, and cleaned up records in SPARK to ensure accuracy. I've also supported the BDOs by helping prepare client materials.

Throughout their internships, our students enhanced both their professional skills and personal development. They gained valuable insights that will serve them well as they pursue future career opportunities.

What I learn through lectures and textbooks is so different from what I experienced while working. This experience has been invaluable in preparing me for my future after college.

Fintech, to the end user, seems easy. By one click, you can transfer money. However, learning about the complexity of the process behind it all is the most interesting.

I have learned behind-the-scenes operations, compliance, and how much legwork is involved in seemingly simple actions.

It's been interesting to see how much of the industry is driven by compliance—ensuring that products and processes align with strict regulations and legal standards.
