CONFERENCE ROOM INSTRUCTIONS

CONNECT WITHOUT "JOIN" BUTTON

JOIN TEAMS WITHOUT A JOIN BUTTON

  1. Tap Join with an ID.
  2. Enter the Teams* meeting number and password from the details in the invitation.

    Note: There are several strings of numbers in the invitation that will NOT work to join the meeting. It’s critical to look for the labels "Meeting number" and "Password.”

*Manually entering meeting information is only available for Teams meetings at this time.

 

JOIN ZOOM, WEBEX, OR CHIME MEETING WITHOUT A JOIN BUTTON

  1. Forward the meeting to the room email address, just as you would add a new attendee.
  2. Wait for the room to register the meeting – this could take several minutes
  3. Tap the join button
