AVP, Senior Graphic Designer


Supports the AVP, Art Director in the creative concept and execution of digital and print communications across the entire company. As Senior Designer, you will support the marketing strategy through creative conceptualization and execution on a range of both print and digital outputs. This role presents the right candidate with the opportunity to design flyers, brochures, conference signage, motion graphics, landing pages, banners, high-end presentations and emails that ensure that brand is represented consistently across all applications and experiences using the most current trends in the print and digital design spaces.


  1. Conceptualize and design new marketing collateral associated with campaigns across all media types employing best practices to ensure delivery of the best possible end-user experience.
  2. Make sure deadlines are met on time maintaining the upmost highest quality in execution.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team and internal partners to ensure all created materials follow the direction of the enterprise brand.
  4. Research design trends within financial industries; present ideas and concepts to AVP, Art Director for application.
  5. Create attractive print collateral for sales pitches, conferences and events.
  6. Design, test, develop and deploy HTML emails. Help determine best practices on how and when to use HTML emails as a marketing strategy.
  7. Create engaging digital interfaces for web, animated web banners or any other type of digital media needed.
  8. Advise on the planning and implementation of website design, updating web portals, and digital projects.
  9. Must have experience in working with outside agencies to assist in web project development.

  11. Possess a solid understanding of how to design engaging, high-end presentations that tell a story using infographics, tasteful animation and limited copy.
  12. Able to prepare files for the development team when new content is needed to refresh website.
  13. Attend kick-off meetings when applicable and contribute to possible approaches; brainstorming ideas to help reach a common goal.
  14. Give advice on when a digital approach might be beneficial and when it may not.
  15. Knowledge on how to gain metrics for ROI, AB testing, and other data that can help lead generation in certain business lines.
  16. Follow established work processes and adhere to established brand and “house” standards.
