Donald F. McGraw, Jr.
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Don McGraw joined The Bancorp as the founding Chief Credit Officer and also holds the title of Executive Vice President. His responsibilities include overseeing the Loan Operations and Credit Administration Departments, implementing credit policy, serving as a senior member of the Loan Committee, and acting in the capacity of Secretary to the Board of Directors. Additionally, Don is the bank's regulatory examination manager, supervising all bank examinations conducted by the FDIC and the State of Delaware.
Don joined Jefferson Bank in 1986, where he enjoyed a successful 15-year career as Senior Vice President-Credit Administration until joining The Bancorp. From 1977 to 1986 Don was a bank examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
