Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President

Marty serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of The Bancorp, Inc. Marty has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of The Bancorp Bank since its inception in 1999. Marty's primary responsibilities include internal Accounting and Finance Operations, as well as reporting to regulatory agencies. From 1994 through 1999 Marty was Controller of Jefferson Bank of New Jersey and since 1997, Vice President and Controller of Jefferson Bank (Philadelphia). From 1992 to 1994 he was a Senior Accountant at Hitech Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company.
