Tom Kracht
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Tom leads the technology infrastructure, application development, project management, and user support teams. He is responsible for the bank's system strategy and planning, including technical architecture and design, risk assessment and mitigation, and vendor integration and management.
A graduate of the University of South Dakota, Tom has more than 21 years of technology experience with Citigroup, BankFirst, Marshall Bankfirst, and The Bancorp Bank. A seasoned leader of technology teams, who throughout his career has a proven track record of combining his software engineering background with business acumen to utilize technology to improve business performance as well as drive revenue opportunities. Most recently, he was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of The Bancorp Bank's proprietary payment solutions architecture. His innovative, scalable, and cost effective solutions continue to increase The Bancorp Bank's technological advantage over the competition.
