Mark A. Conners
Senior Vice President, Construction Lending
Mark works closely with his colleagues in Philadelphia Private Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Department, seamlessly enhancing an existing network of services.
Mark began his banking career in 1985 in the Real Estate Financing Department of Hamilton Bank, after having completed a thorough credit-training program. Several years later, he transitioned to the private sector as a Principal of The Lee Financing Group, a commercial mortgage banking company.
The Lee Financing Group later became the correspondent lender in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for Prudential Insurance Company, at which point Mark originated, underwrote and closed commercial real estate mortgage loans in the $2,000,000 to $15,000,000 range.
Beginning in 1998, Mark first began to serve as a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Departments of Philadelphia area banks, including Jefferson Bank, where he worked to originate, underwrite and monitor real estate loans, primarily those involving land development and construction.
