Jill Kelly, CPA
Senior Vice President of Affinity Banking
Jill joined The Bancorp Bank in 2000 as Senior Vice President. During the start-up phase of the company she was instrumental in obtaining FDIC approval and implementation of the processing system. She is currently responsible for Product Development specifically related to HSAs for the Bank. Jill also guides the creation, management and promotion of all banking products.
Jill's background includes over 15 years of diversified financial service experience including auditing, risk management, cash management and consulting. Jill has an extensive background in operational structure design and compliance.
